Wednesday, February 2, 2011, Day 18

                                                                            BRINGING US THROUGH

I am writing this letter as a testimony to our Lord Jesus Christ for all that he has brought me through.  I am proud to be a Christian and part of the Heritage family.  I am not attending Heritage Church of God by accident.  The Lord directed us to this wonderful God fearing and caring congregation we have been a part of for over 9 years.  Each Sunday we continue to be fed through God’s word by our Pastor.  What makes our Church unique are the many different backgrounds that each family brings together united under God’s bloodline.

Personally, I have been through so much physically, each day is difficult and requires much discipline.  It has forced me to look at different options of living, and dealing with my limitations; but God has never left me hungry, homeless, or friendless.  He has more than met our needs each day. This has helped me to grow deeper and become more spiritual, thus trusting God for everything each day. 

Heritage has so many avenues with which to grow, Bible studies, Sunday School, music, Wednesday night activities, website, and all the special fellowship events.  I am continuing to seek God’s direction in my life each day.  I want to work even harder this year for those that do not know Jesus Christ.  I tell you He is alive and real and will help you through any situation no matter how difficult it may seem.  Please do not hesitate to call on Him and He will be there to help.   As humans we may fall and I am so grateful for His saving grace.

Again, I am blessed to be a part of the Heritage Church of God congregation.
