Wednesday, February 16, 2011, Day 32

                                                                                   THE RIGHT FEELING

“I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you.  Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name—the name you gave me—so that they may be one as we are one.”  Jesus prayer in John 17:11

This prayer was in my heart from the time I accepted Christ as my Savior.

I felt like I was always searching.  I had attended many churches but when I came to Heritage Church of God there was a difference.  I cannot explain it, but it felt right.

I now know what that feeling was; it was a leading from God to be part of His church.  He led me as sure as He led the shepherd to the manger.  I have grown and my heart’s desire is to see others grow in the Lord and find the true purpose for their lives.  It is wonderful to be part of a real church knowing that God chooses the leadership and seeing people saved, grow and learn about our Lord Jesus Christ.

I am excited about where I am and am looking forward to all that God has in store for me.  I am thankful for this time of Jubilee so I can express how much each of you means to me.
